EvaluationWeb XPEMS has some very unique features that our users have found to be extremely useful.  These features allow users and

administrators to easily communicate with each other and to view data in customized methods.

The Ad Hoc Report Writer allows users and administrators to create their own customized reports for specified users, agencies, interventions, etc. 

Our Mapping Reports option allows users and administrators to view specified data geographically for certain zip codes or regions. 

Our Narrative Blog allows users to upload narrative reports for viewing by administrators or the user’s agency members.  Once the report is uploaded, administrators and agency members can comment on the report in a blog format for all participants to see.  Another feature of the blog is that the narrative report is uploaded in a format that is not editable, allowing only the writer of the report to make edits.  Below is a sample screen shot of our Narrative Blog.

In addition to the above features, EvaluationWeb XPEMS can also be customized to produce reports that are specifically requested by users or administrators.  In fact, EvaluationWeb XPEMS is so flexible that the system can be customized to meet all data collection and reporting needs.

Future Directions

We are constantly looking for new ways to update and improve EvaluationWeb XPEMS.  Whether it’s innovative use of technology

for data collection, or developing additional measurement strategies, our goal is to continually improve the system. Some areas of development currently under consideration include:

  • Dynamic Graphing and Reporting – allows even more customization of reports for users and administrators. 
  • SMS/Text Messaging Data Entry – users will be able to enter data with their palm pilot, cell phone, or any other hardware with SMS capabilities.
  • Process Measures for Fidelity to Model – developing methods that ensure DEBI Interventions are implemented as designed
