The EvaluationWeb XPEMS system is designed to decrease time spent on data entry and to simplify the entire process. Our quick and easy-to-use process is outlined below: | |
- The process starts when the user is assigned a unique user name, password, and specified level of access.
- Once the user is signed on, EvaluationWeb XPEMS will pre-populate any user information, such as the assigned HIV Testing Counselor number. Default values can be set for almost every data element to greatly speed up the data entry process
- When entering data, the user can enter, edit or delete client demographics and client contacts, as well as manage the client enrollment status.
- As end users update or record individual client records, revisions are immediately reflected in reports.
- Our technical assistance team is available via toll free number or email to assist users with any data entry questions they may have.
- End users do not need to install a desktop certificate.
- Our system response time is fast....really fast!
- Default settings and Response Sets speed data entry by allowing the user to save sets of responses and recall them - they need only change items like the date of service before recording the contact.
